The Advisors is a premier real estate team serving the luxury market in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The group was a new joint venture launched by a local brokerage. Experienced agents, strong market knowledge, and a clear positioning. What they didn't have was a digital presence to match. They needed a website that could represent the new brand, communicate the offer clearly, and be ready to support their launch from day one.
Our Strategy
We followed our full production process: discovery to understand the team's positioning, competitive landscape, and what luxury real estate buyers and sellers expect from an agency website. From there, a moodboard to define the visual direction, a wireframe to map the experience, and collaborative design and development to bring it to life.
