Bloom Creativ is a Minneapolis-based video production company serving high-end brands that need polished, professional video content. Their work was top-tier. Their website wasn't. For a company that literally sells visual quality, showing up with an outdated online presence wasn't just a branding problem. It was a contradiction. Prospects landing on the site couldn't get an accurate read on the caliber of work they'd be paying for, and that gap was costing Chase credibility before a single conversation started.

We followed our full production process: deep discovery to understand Bloom Creativ's positioning, audience, and what premium meant in their specific corner of the market. From there, a moodboard to lock in the visual direction, a wireframe to define the user experience, and a collaborative design and development process that kept Chase closely involved at every stage.
