The Challenge
Lucero Film is a premium video production company founded by Brandon Widener in California. Unlike a rebrand or refresh, this was a launch: a new company entering a competitive market with no existing website, no established visual identity, and no digital presence to lean on. The challenge wasn't updating what existed. It was building something from nothing, and making sure what got built could stand alongside more established players from day one.
Our Strategy
We ran our full production process: discovery to understand Lucero Film's brand, coaching philosophy, and how Brandon wanted to position the company in a competitive market. When there's no existing brand to reference, the work starts with bigger questions: What is this company trying to be? Who is it for? What should someone feel when they land on the site? From there, moodboard, wireframe, design concepts, and build, with the added layer of helping shape the brand narrative itself alongside the site.
