Kingfisher Construction website project preview

01 · The before

A construction company running active sales campaigns with a website that wasn't built to support them.

Kingfisher Construction is a Minnesota contractor that came to us with a specific, practical problem: their website wasn't equipped to support the marketing and sales campaigns they were running. For a construction company where the website sits at the end of every ad click and every sales conversation, that's not a small gap.

02 · What we did

Build a site that works as hard as the sales team running campaigns behind it.

We ran discovery to understand Kingfisher's services, target clients, and the specific role the website was playing in their sales funnel, then designed the wireframe and UX around conversion from the start. Kingfisher also opted into ongoing support, keeping the site performing as their campaigns evolve.

What we shipped

  • Discovery to understand services, target clients, and the website's role in the sales funnel
  • Moodboard to establish on-brand visual direction for a construction audience
  • Wireframe and UX built around conversion and campaign support
  • Full build, quality control, and launch
  • Ongoing support and maintenance retainer

03 · The result

Kingfisher now has a website they're proud to share and that actively supports their sales and marketing activity. The site was built to perform within a real campaign context, not just exist as a digital brochure.

04 · In their words

★★★★★

Isaac is so helpful, knowledgeable and very professional. Great experience working with him!

The questions founders actually ask.

Do I actually own the site?+

Yes. The work is yours, and the system is built to remain useful beyond the engagement.

How fast is it built?+

Timing depends on scope. The first conversation gives you a realistic plan, not a manufactured deadline.

Can you help us get found in Google and AI?+

Yes. Search and AI visibility are treated as infrastructure, not an afterthought.

Is it just you?+

4th Street works as a focused team and brings in the right specialist support for the job.

Can I make edits myself?+

Yes. The build can be structured so your team can handle routine updates without breaking the system.
