The Challenge
HOA Circle launched in 2024 with a mission to serve HOA leaders and members across Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, and Iowa. The concept was clear and the need was real. But as a new company, they had no website, no online community infrastructure, and no bandwidth to build either. Their target audience, HOA board members, many of them older homeowners, needed something simple, clear, and easy to navigate. They needed an external partner who could move fast and get it right.
Our Strategy
We started with an in-depth discovery process that went beyond a typical website brief. We mapped out HOA Circle's growth goals, their full infrastructure needs, and a realistic timeline for launching in multiple states. Then we executed: a website built to clearly explain the community's purpose to a less tech-savvy audience, paired with a seamless onboarding flow and community access through Circle.so. The result was a coordinated launch across three states within the first few months.
