Why an unmaintained site quietly degrades

Am I locked in?+
On the upfront plan there is no commitment and you can cancel any time. On the subscription, care is part of the twelve month term, after which it continues month to month.
What counts as a light edit?+
Copy changes, swapping an image, updating hours or prices, adding a team member. The kind of thing that should not require a quote or a conversation. Anything structural gets a straight quote first.
What happens if the site goes down?+
Uptime is part of the monthly check and hosting is managed, so the common causes are handled before they bite. Backups are automatic, which is what makes a bad day recoverable rather than fatal.
Can I do my own edits too?+
Yes. The build is structured so your team can handle routine updates without breaking anything. The care plan is there so you do not have to.
