They had a real service and a track record, but their marketing wasn't keeping up. They were relying almost entirely on word of mouth and their referral network, which made lead flow unpredictable and hard to scale. Their website was outdated, their social presence was thin, and they lacked the internal systems needed to support sustainable growth. They needed more than a new website. They needed a partner.
